How to deal with the “Baby Blues”

1.Be open to share your new life with your baby. Talk to your friends and relatives openly, tell them about your feelings and anxieties.
2.Seek your husband’s presence and support. Let him know if you’re feeling sad. Plan some activities with him, like dinner at your favorite restaurant or a short trip to the mall.
3.Relax. Enjoy the things you used to do before giving birth. Go out when you can. Don’t confine yourself at home.
4.Explore your life and surroundings. Talk to your neighbors to reduce boredom. Write your feelings in a journal. Read good books.
